Welcome to 217 Scoop Squad. By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Pricing

Scope of Service:
217 Scoop Squad provides pet waste removal services based on the selected service plan. Service is limited strictly to the removal of pet waste from accessible areas of the yard.

Pricing & Adjustments:
Pricing is based on yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time if inaccurate or incomplete information was provided at signup.

Initial Cleanup Fee:
An additional one-time fee may be applied to the first visit due to excessive accumulation of pet waste. This fee is non-refundable once service has been completed.

2. Access, Conditions & Safety

Yard Access:
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the service area. If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit will be skipped and will not be refunded.

Pet Policy:
For safety reasons, all pets must be secured indoors during service. If pets are present and prevent safe service, 217 Scoop Squad reserves the right to skip the visit without refund.

Hazardous Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse or skip service in unsafe conditions, including but not limited to severe weather, aggressive animals, excessive debris, or unsanitary environments beyond normal pet waste.

Gate & Property Security:
While we make reasonable efforts to secure gates, 217 Scoop Squad is not responsible for escaped pets due to faulty gates, damaged fencing, or pre-existing property conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk:
By using our services, you acknowledge that yard conditions may vary and agree that you assume all risks associated with your property and pets.

Property Damage:
217 Scoop Squad shall not be liable for any damage to lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, or personal property, including but not limited to items left in the yard such as toys, tools, hoses, or decorations.

Pet Health & Safety:
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or condition affecting pets, including but not limited to parasites, infections, or exposure to yard conditions.

Service Limitations:
We do not guarantee the complete removal of all waste due to environmental factors such as tall grass, snow, mud, leaves, or hidden areas.

Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 217 Scoop Squad, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

4. Payments, Billing & Cancellations

Billing Authorization:
By providing payment information through Stripe, you authorize 217 Scoop Squad to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan.

Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, service may be paused or canceled until payment is successfully processed.

No-Show / Missed Service:
If service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (locked gate, pets outside, etc.), the visit is forfeited and will not be refunded.

5. Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to reschedule or skip service due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Missed visits may be made up at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, and materials, is the property of 217 Scoop Squad and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Modifications

217 Scoop Squad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
